[Reproduce steps]
1.open setting and change scale to max(200%)
2.click 'Show Applications' at bottom-left corner.
3.drag one icon to another one to create a group folder of icons, then open it 
and close.
4.click 'Show Applications' again.

Expected Result:
1.Applications pages show correctly.

Actual result:
1.On Applications page there are 9 pots on the right border.
2.The icons on Applications page are shaking.
