Hi, I seem to have a similar problem with the pdf files. I work at a Cisco Academy and all our student certificates are in pdf format. The older pdf files used to open fine with evince, but it seems somewhere along the line Cisco is using a newer pdf generator and all it shows is a few lines of text at the bottom of the certificates. xpdf opens it fine but i like to see previews of the pdf.
