Cannot reproduce on Karmic (Alpha-4, Alpha-5 & Beta); Issue seems to be
fixed.
Altough "/apps/gnome-power-manager/lock/gnome_keyring_hibernate" ist set
to true in gconf. Strange?

See the option /apps/gnome-power-manager/lock/gnome_keyring_hibernate in
gconf.
Strangely, the value for this key is set by default to true, while
corresponding value for locking the screen on suspend is false by
default, which is inconsistent.

Screensaver has not been activated, also after initiating the
Sccrensaver with Desktop locking enabled, the Keyring has not been
locked or was unlocked automatically.
When logging in to GNOME, the "login"-Keyring is unlocked automatically.
I would expect this also when logging in after Standby or
seems to be a gnome-screensaver issue or not a bug, note that there is a
gconf key activated by default to lock the keyring on hibernation
