This was unbearable, therefore I deleted my whole GNOME configuration.
Now everything is fine.

I tried to do a backtrace with
killall nautilus gdb nautilus 21 | tee gdb-nautilus.txt
and then open /usr/lib
After one minute and 100% CPU activity I killed nautilus with xkill. The
100% activity persists, and gdb-nautilus.txt contains just 375 bytes.
What else can I do?

Nautilus
Directory with 25 000 subdirectories was opened in less than 10 sec on my
computer. IMHO it is reasonable time.
/usr/lib and /usr/share opened immediately.
