I ran an mp4 from the command line just now and it ran fine - no errors shown. Confirming it too. Though the error message I get is Failed to connect stream: Invalid argument. I'm getting this on latest intrepid. using gstreamer-properties to adjust settings as per bug 52396 has made no difference.
