I think, i ve got a similar problem:

If what type of account you are referring to the mail account, are
gmail, yahoo and terra.
Evolution is the only application that I use the ring of keys, because I
do not use wireless network on that team and I do not know of other
applications that use it.
Hardy in the configuration was the same
could you describe the sort of account you are using? does gnome-keyring
work correctly for other accounts or applications? did you have the
issue in hardy?
