closing the bug since the submitter reinstalled and that works correctly
now and nobody else get the issue

could you try to figure what is specific to this directories? did you
set some notes or custom icons there?

I create new user profile, log in, and in the same directory nautilus
freezes. It's not random directory. For example, now I can't open
exactly 5 from 100 directories in home directory and it freezes. Another
directories opens without any problems. Nautilus doesn't use CPU while
hanging.

it use cpu while hanging?

I've attached backtrace following the instructions. Nautilus freezed
while I was opening one of a directory in home directory. GDB didn't
show any information on screen before I closed freezed nautilus window.
