Thanks for your reply, Sebastien.
Maybe you have misunderstood my point. That the password is asked for
wasn't my issue. My issue was that Evolution's UI thread is blocked (not
responding) while the password dialog is open - and this is certainly
unwanted behaviour (e.g. it makes the window
thank you for your bug report, not sure that's a bug though, the
passwords are often required to use the accounts and not having the
authentification validated would lead to a weird behaviour, could you
open the request on bugzilla.gnome.org too where the people writting the
software will read it?
