I cant test it again... I use 8.10 - but I reinstalled the system without KDE
(Kubuntu)
while it was t buggy and now everything works...

I think the problem is not bound on my usb-bluetooth-stick and can shure also

I've no bluetooth device so you can either send the bug to bugzilla
where the upstream hackers will reply or wait until somebody who has
some decide to trigger the issue does that for you
