confirming the issue using the current version if there is no dates set
the tasks are not listed which is confusing, would be worth sending to
bugzilla.gnome.org

Before I post any screenshots and the conversation moves on, please tell
me what parameters the Active Task folder screens for.
Is it tasks marked In Progress?
Is it Tasks with deadlines?
If you will please answer this question (which is not answered anywhere
else) I will know
