Public bug reported: Binary package hint: vinagre
Vinagre seems to trap certain keyboard shortcuts, such as Ctrl-D, with no option to disable this behavior, manually send such a keystroke to the server system, or escape the keystroke in some way. As a result, there is no way to achieve a Ctrl-D, etc, on remote systems.
