Teej, do you know how can I test hibernate function with a live CD? In
fact if I boot the system with live Lucid Lynx the system has no swap
partition. So I tryed to add the swap of my real system and the
hibernation went ok. But then I have no idea to resume the system.

Oops, never mind me, late nights/early mornings.
I don't think apport-collect came into effect until Intrepid, before that was
manual debugging.
Can you try going through https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingGNOMEPowerManager
and give us as much information as possible from your findings, regardless
Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. The issue that you reported is one that should be
reproducible with the live environment of the Desktop CD of the
development release - Lucid Lynx. It would help us greatly if you could
test with it so we can
Pedro, I think apport-collect isn't present in Hardy. In fact:
r...@dominus:~# apt-cache search apport
apport - automatically generate crash reports for debugging
apport-gtk - GTK+ frontend for the apport crash report system
apport-qt - Qt4 frontend for the apport crash report system
Marco, yeap, but could you execute apport-collect instead? like: apport-
collect 350849 that is going to upload some required files to the
report, thanks.
