This seems a bug in the dependencies between the 2 packages ekiga and
ekiga-gtkonly.
You probably could fix this manually:
1) Remove the package ekiga
2) install ekiga-gtkonly

The bug is fixed , it 's impossible to have the 2 applications in the same
computer .
