Binary package hint: metacity

Upgraded to 9.04 beta from 8.10.

Now I can no longer move the panels at the top and bottom of my screen.
In particular I need to move the bottom one onto a second display that
lives below the primary display.

I don't know if this is a metacity or gnome-panel or something else
problem.
