Yes, it's reproducible: It's present in my guest session too.

Steps:

- open nautilus
- ctl-2 to put in in list view
- unfold a folder that has files inside, using the triangle at the left of the 
file name: you will see the files in that folder (let's suppose it's the folder 
Desktop)
- ctl-h to show hidden files = folder Desktop is shrinked, (folded) BUG the 
user expects that Desktop remains unfolded
