I can no longer see this bug on my workstation. I don't know what fixed
it. I would consider changing the status to Fix Released.

After using gedit, I can confirm that this is definitely a problem with
the gtk file chooser.
What command did you use to run valgrind? I can do the same, with a
little guidance. :)

there is no indication that this issue is a gtk one, reassigning to
firefox, you can reassign to gtk if you get the same issue using the
fileselector in any gtk application, gedit for example

To clarify, the process still works, but uses almost all of my system
resources, dragging along painfully slow. This ocurrs whenever I use a
Upload or a Browse command, and I think it may be a natalius problem
because otherwise firefox seems to work fine.
