This bug has been fixed some time ago. You can:
1) Disable all shortcuts in Vinagre preferences dialog, or
2) Change the shortcut you want:
2.1) First, enable it in GNOME: Open gconf-editor and set the key
/desktop/gnome/interface/can_change_accels to true.
2.2) Open vinagre, put the mouse over

May I suggest making the shortcuts configurable, including enabling only the
ones we're interested in. Could be a gui, but even through a file that the
user edits is okay by me.
For example, I use xemacs constantly so all the shortcuts interfere. I
would like to remap just the full-screen but
