I also have this issue with 64bit 9.04 (standard release jaunty, not
beta.) It happens with every DVD I burn, but the discs seem to read
fine. It happens with ISOs burned in Brasero, or Brasero-made data

I am having the same problem. I am using Ubuntu 9.04 with kernel
2.6.28-13-generic i686
My Brasero version is 2.26.1
I was trying to burn the pre-final back track iso, just by right click on the

I am also encountering this bug. Not sure how to produce any output of
use, do let me know if the error dialog output is sufficient and I'll
test on an RW (made enough coasters due to this!!).

launching brasero from a terminal and writing an iso gives:

I have the same problem. Braser Just doesnt burn DVDs. Every time i get

It's very important to notice the correct Ubuntu release, and whether it is a
beta version or the final release.
In the original post it says Ubuntu 9.10, and then Ubuntu 8.14, which is rather
confusing.
I've attached the session log of the Brasero error when burning the
Windows 7 iso file to dvd.

Thanks for the report, could you get us the full debug log? please get
one with: brasero --brasero-media-debug brasero.txt and attach that
file to the report? are you using wodim or growisofs? thanks.
