Yes, it happens every time, and I think I described how to reproduce the
bug quote clearly in the description:

configured for the applet? did that start recently after an upgrade?

Both tabs are greyed out, and the location set is the default (I can't
remember what it is exactly as I'm not on my computer atm). I'm afraid
that I don't know whether this is the result of upgrades because today
is the first time I've ever tried to use the weather applet.
