Can you please confirm whether the file /etc/apt/sources.list contains the word sudo, particularly on line 54? On further thought, I believe that this is more appropriately handled as a support question than as a bug. I believe the cause of this is an errant sudo in your sources.list file, which is what the grep command from my previous comment would hopefully confirm.
