I have the same problem with weather report 2.14.2 in Dapper, and also previously in Breezy. I do not get a bug-buddy dialog, just a dialog asking if I want to restart it. I do not have accessibility features enabled. See also bug #54132 (reported against gnome-applets, and keeping the clock
