similar bugs: bug #367024, bug #137227 and bug #147922. This bug is the only with a complete analysis of the situation. There are two sides to this issue: * dictd should talk ipv6 -- bug #381324 * gnome dictionary application should try ipv4 when ipv6 fails Let's restrict this bug to the latter.
