Please tell me I'm the first person to fix an ubuntulove bug :-) Attached you will find a patch for gnome-session-2.15.92/gnome- session/logout.c that fixes the described issue (for me at least :-) . I'm not sure whether gconf_value_get_bool() tolerates a NULL argument so I am not sure what
