We're closing this bug since it is has been some time with no response
from the original reporter. However, if the issue still exists please
feel free to reopen with the requested information. Also, if you could,
please test against the latest development version of Ubuntu, since this
confirms
Have the same error at every start in openSUSE 11.2. It happens on the
desktop PC connected to the net via Ethernet cable. So it has nothing to
do with the wireless connection. According to xprop the error is shown
by seahorse-daemon process.

Couldn't share keys error message on startup
To stop this error from showing up on every system start I did the next:
- launched Passwords and Encryption Keys application
- menu Remote - Sync and Publish Keys...
- button Key Servers in Sync Keys dialog
- tab Key Sharing in Preferences window
- unchecked checkbox Share my keys with others on
I *think* this bug affects me, too. When shutting the computer down, I
get an error message:
Couldn't share keys
Can't publish discovery information on the network.
However, the popup has no title, so I cannot be sure which program
generates this error message. I think it has to do with UPnP
