Yes there is option in Computer > select the device. Please have a look at the
screenshot here.

I suggest that we have properties option right on device name in the
place menu itself. My blind users often feel that this is right way of
doing
the option is there on the context menu, computer -> select the device
-> right click -> properties. where are you not seeing that option?
