I find it rather difficult to do this. Sorry freinds its too complicated. WHen I copy apport-collect 498764 to terminal strange things happen I dont under stand any of it. Sorry. To run a command as administrator (user root), use sudo command. See man sudo_root for details. ubu...@ubuntu:~$
