Thanks a lot for reporting this, however a paper cut should be a small
usability flaw whereas this is a full fledged bug in GTK+. Marking as
invalid for the paper cuts project.

may you take an screenshot of that dialog? seems to be the
gtkfilechooser and not nautilus.
