Can't add to Preferred format

Installed 11.04 and this seems to no longer be an issue. If no one else
is experiencing this, can we close this?

Can't add to Preferred
Whatever fix was implemented does not work for me: Maverick (rhythmbox
0.13.1).
Not only do additional formats appear in the edit list, but when a new
format is created - it is not available in the Preferred format list
either.

On my 10.10 install (RB 0.13.1), it seems that the next time I logged in
and started RB, the new formats were there.
