1.12.3 is in dapper-updates already - it's the latest release, which
*doesn't* include the memleak fix yet.

Closing the Ubuntu task, since it's fixed in Edgy already with the
following upload:
pango1.0 (1.13.3-0ubuntu1) edgy; urgency=low
* New upstream version:
- Improved build system. Using gnome-autogen.sh now.
(gnome-common needed for bootstrapping)
- Improved documentation. Docs
