Binary package hint: gnome-applets
I'm testing Lucid Alpha 3 with the latest updates on a Virtualbox 3.1.4 virtual
machine (windows XP host).
package version: 2.29.5-0ubuntu1
In all Ubuntu versions I used until today (5.04 onwards) I was able to change
the volume by pointing on the volume control icon on the panel and scrolling up
or down. This no longer works in Lucid Alpha 3. I noticed that the applet
itself has changed considerably so I guess this change in behavior might be
part of the applet overhaul.
In either case I think this is a regression because changing the volume now is
not as easy as it was before.
