Binary package hint: gnome-terminal
This seems to be a recent regression in Lucid: the cursor always blinks
in all terminals even when they don't have focus, which is very annoying
and I think against the GNOME UI guidelines.
As a workaround (see bug 188732) one can set a gconf key to turn off
blinking.
