The file-roller cannot deal with the RAR file created by WinRAR under Windows
or Wine which contain non-english filenames correctly .
Also WinRAR cannot deal with the RAR file created by file-roller which
contain non-english filenames .

And I think now that the unrar works correctly, It won't be a big
problem, and this didn't happen in Ubuntu 9.10 .
