I talked with Santiago Vila (the unzip Debian package maintainer) and he
confirmed that, indeed, the Unicode support in unzip seems to be

Another workaround is to install unzip_5.52-12ubuntu1_i386.deb from
Jaunty:

Screenshot after installing p7zip-full. Now the comprobación.txt file is
listed perfectly and can be extracted double-clicking on it, as usual.

As a workaround, installing p7zip-full package solves the file-roller
