Public bug reported: Binary package hint: rhythmbox
I tried to delete everything by first deleting all songs from the Music Library and then doing 'Sync' on the iPOD. The sync operation crashed with the following messages on the console: $ rhythmbox ** (rhythmbox:2335): DEBUG: Loading the real store page ** (rhythmbox:2335): DEBUG: navigation requested to https://one.ubuntu.com/music/store-no-token ** (rhythmbox:2335): DEBUG: navigation requested to http://stores.7digital.com/default.aspx?shop=480&partner=983 (rhythmbox:2335): GLib-GObject-CRITICAL **: g_type_instance_get_private: assertion `instance != NULL && instance->g_class != NULL' failed Segmentation fault ProblemType: Bug DistroRelease: Ubuntu 10.10 Package: rhythmbox 0.12.8git20100611-0ubuntu2 ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 2.6.35-3.4-generic 2.6.35-rc3 Uname: Linux 2.6.35-3-generic x86_64 Architecture: amd64 Date: Mon Jun 21 15:03:41 2010 InstallationMedia: Ubuntu 10.10 "Maverick Meerkat" - Alpha amd64 (20100602.2) ProcEnviron: LANG=en_US.utf8 SHELL=/bin/bash SourcePackage: rhythmbox ** Affects: rhythmbox (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: amd64 apport-bug maverick -- segfault syncing iPOD with recently-emptied music library https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/597047 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to rhythmbox in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
