Thank you for helping with making Ubuntu and its IM client Empathy
better by reporting this bug. It is most certainly a valid paper cut and
an accessibility issue as well.

Is it policy to mark duplicate bugs as Invalid? That would be new to me,
I've always been taught that the status should never be changed to make
it easier to continue the bug discussion if it turns out to be

unless the bug is marked invalid people tend to make comments on duplicate
bugs too. it happens quite a lot
