Binary package hint: gnome-icon-theme
Sometimes the Icon on the Gnome Panel shows only half/broken after system
startup.
Sometimes it look all right. After resizing the panel width, you can see
fragments of other parts of the panel in the icon and even move them around
with the weather applet icon. After resizing the hight of the panel the icon
shows correct again.
