Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: hal

Hi, my card reader used to work fine on Dapper but it doesn't on Edgy.

The card itself seems to be detected, you can see the message I get on
the system log:

"Oct 10 15:27:20 david-laptop kernel: [17184713.016000] tifm_7xx1: sd
card detected in socket 3

Oct 10 15:29:08 david-laptop kernel: [17184821.208000] tifm_7xx1: demand
removing card from socket 3"

But when I try to open it...

"[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ fdisk -l /dev/sd?
No se puede abrir /dev/sda (/dev/sda can't be opened)"

Of course, the card is not mounted and Nautilus doesn't show the drive.

** Affects: hal (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Unconfirmed
