When
I have the same problem in Natty Narwhal (when I logging into Classic
Ubuntu session, not in Unity). I attached syslog (it contains a lot of
messages about segfaults in nautilus) and .crash files.

can someone pls attend to this. Coz, I'm not able to use ubuntu until
this issue is fixed. Since i normally plug in iphone to the laptop when
i come home from work to charge the iphone. I'm not able to do that due
to this issue. So it force me to booth on windows 7.

Ho, and before upgrading from 10.04 to 10.10, I had the exact same
behaviour : an infinite loop of starting file manager filling up the
task bar. I think the crash is handled differently but the bug remains.

Hi Omer,
As described in the bug description, this issue happens when I plug in iphone
3GS to the USB port. I gets stuck in an infinite loop attempting to opening
window that say starting file manager. The window don't ever open, but the
longer the loop goes, the more that fill up the task bar.
