I have a similar issue with Ubuntu 10.04 (2.6.38-11-generic): after
unplugging the power I get a 'battery critical' notification, even if
the battery is fully charged, and the computer goes to hibernate. On
resume the computer works fine.

3. It goes standby mode
4. When i open lid and enter my credential i see notification about extremely
