Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager
As has been seen in previous Ubuntu releases, g-p-m is not powering down
(i.e. DPMS) my monitors when the system has been idle for the prescribed
time (0:05). Screensaver kicks in, so idleness is being determined.
The screens are just never put into their power-save mode.
