This issue occurs prevalently in themes AMBIANCE, DUST, and NEW WAVE. It occurs to a lesser extent in all the other themes except for CLEARLOOKS. It does NOT occur in CLEARLOOKS (i.e., moving the cursor over an inactive tab will not change its color). Moving the cursor over a minimized window tab
