Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gnome-system-tools
I've got monitor with pivot (rotating one). I used it in vertical position for a few days, so I've switched rotation in the Monitor Settings. After a few days I've decided to rotate it again, so I did that. But during bootup process, my monitor was still in the vertical position. After rotating it to normal (horizontal) position everything works well, except the fact that monitor layout that still shows vertical desktops. Please see attached picture.
