I'm seeing the same issue on my notebook. The settings window is too
large to fit the screen. When you open it you cannot see the buttons at
the bottom. When you try to click on anything it kind of moves up so now
you can see the buttons at the bottom but not the upper part of the

Using Email Settings (Evolution account assistant) from the Control
Center does fit the screen properly, but I only found it by playing
with Control Center.
