Please drop the System
Maybe put it in the Me Menu (i.e. the one with your username, next to
the session indicator). Links to other settings (Chat, Broadcast, User)
are in there, so it might fit better with them.

I agree. It's obtrusive and it was very jarring to have the last entry
no longer be power-related. If it were at least at the top of the menu
that would be one thing but it doesn't belong on the bottom and I don't
feel it belongs in this menu at all.
