Running Natty - 11.04, upgraded from 10.10 on Apple MacBookPro5,3

gdm package version is 2.32.1-0ubuntu3

When I plug in/out my USB mouse (MS Intellimouse Explorer), X crashes
and I get back to the gdm login screen.

In /var/log/syslog I see:
