I have a JetFlash 620 8Gb Transcend drive. Whenever i insert it, the cpu load 
gets very high. This problem persists in 10.10 and 11.04, but it does not 
affect 10.04.

where sdd is the user data partition, sr0 is a non-writeable partition
holding the security software.

Workaround: "sudo stop udev" lowers the CPU load. Seems to work fine
after that, but surely not an elegant move .
