Public bug reported: I used the Dvorak keyboard for everything, including installing Ubuntu Oneiric Studio. It is my only keyboard option. Now gdm has changed and given me a login with only a QUERTY option. The login screen used to have a drop-down box where users with an alternate keyboard could change it back from QUERTY, but now that is gone. If the decision has been made to make that removal permanent, then the login screen should use the keyboard that the program was installed with.
