Keyboard shortcuts found not working in gcalctool 6.1.5 are as follow:
F1
Ctrl+Q
Ctrl+W (maybe obsolete)
Ctrl+Z
Ctrl+Shift+Z
Alt+letter for the menu
F10 for menu
probably some more i forgot to check.

What works:
Alt+F4
Strg+C|X|V
Alt+F9
and most other wm shortcuts.

There are some old bugreports for a very similar problem which has been
fixed...
