Still present in current Gutsy. Apparently affects notifications only on

I'm afraid I won't be of much help on this one anymore as I'm now using
Gutsy and no longer have my gnome-panel at the bottom of the screen.

I think the bug is confirmed by the screenshot shown on the dup.
It seems to be related by how the messages are shown when the panel is at the
bottom instead of the top.

On this screenshot you can see what a normal notification looks like here.
It appears quite correct but if you look carefully at the bottom border of it,
there are some little problems.
