Since I installed 11.10 I cannot rename external tools and snippet or
name newly created ones.

To reproduce:
1. Open either snippets or external tools (the plugins for them obviously have 
to be loaded).
2. Create a new snippet or external tool.
3. Notice that you're not let to name it as it's created nor rename it.
